How to data transfer from system to musical keyboard

Can anybody help me in data transfer from System to Keyboard.

I have brought new Casio LK300TV model musical keyboard and i have connected the keyboard to system Via USB cable.
i got software CD also.

I have been installed the software and trying to send midi files to keyboard from system it doesn't transfer. Why it is happening like this, can anybody help me to connect and data transfer from system to keyboard and keyboard to system.

    What is your System -- is it Sonar?

    If your keyboard doesn't have built-in speakers, you'll have to send its audio outputs back into the PC. Do you have an audio interface to do this?
