Trouble downloading P5 2.5 update?

Trouble downloading P5 2.5 update?

Anyone else experience a problem with downloading the update? I have a registered copy of P5 2.0, but when I click on the link emailed to me to download the 2.5 update, I get a message stating that I "do not have access to that update".

Any suggestions or any way to get a copy of the update without the download? I'm stuck and can't seem to get help from Cakewalk -
