Sonar 4 and Kontakt 2 problem

Recently, I have noticed that when I use Kontakt for playing my piano sample libraries, the volumes for all the Pedal up, Pedal down, and Release samples gets reset to 0 everytime I press play in Sonar. Obviously, this is annoying since they need to be at different levels depending on the sample set. I tried the Zero controllers on Playback setting in Sonar but this doesn't change anything in Kontakt. Any ideas?
