    Here's a few suggestions:

Tigerdirect (www.tigerdirect.ca)... You can buy online, or go to their store (it's actually in Markham on Woodbine Ave.)

Canada Computers (www.canadacomputers.com) They have a few locations...

...Or just go down to College & Spadina...there's a bunch of stores right there that all have good prices.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks. I actually meant speakers such as Dynaudio for mixing.

I'd suggest Steve's Music on Queen West. They're significantly cheaper than Long & McQuade's... I don't know what 12th Fret on The Danforth would be like for monitors...
If you're okay with used stuff, try Songbird Music, at Queen/ Strachan...
    Or check Craigslist.org's Toronto page.

And the rest of Canada calls us snobs. But that's okay 'coz they're scum.

They really hate Toronto out West. I have been told pretty nasty things to my face. Quebecers on the other hand simply feel superior to anyone not from their provonce.

PS- will try Steve's next week.
