Rapture not showing up in Cubase 4 [vista 64]

Hi

I am currently running Vista 64. I recently purchased and installed Rapture 1.1 It is not showing up in the plugin list in Cubase 4. I have rapture installed in my vstplugins folder, have Cubase 4 pointed at that directory to find plugins, and am able to see all of the other plugins installed there except Rapture. I can even see and use Z3ta+

BTW I do not have this problem when running in Windows XP, but I would really like to transition over to Vista 64. This is the only thing that is holding me back!
