Installation Problems

Just bought the software a week ago. When i try to install though it gets to 31% and an error message pops up saying "regeait is not a valid Win32 Application" then the installation stops.

I've tried to email tech support about this problem but havent gotten a response yet and its been a week

Can anyone offer any help or solutions?

    What version of music creator. I know I had to download the direct x patch to install 2003 on my machine. Any info you can give will really help us out to well...help you out
