Kenetic 2 grid playback??

Hi, Im Jay. Would somebody be so kind 2 tell me how u play back exactly whats been keyed on tha grid. I puched out a tune on this thing, & I recorded it but Im hearing a different patterns and sounds in playback . I just want 2 hear back 2 me what i play on the grid not a drawn out pattern. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. thanx.

    Everything you punch into the grid creates a drawn out pattern.. The grid doesn't play back anything..

    Yes, what i punch into tha grid does show up as a pattern. Problem is the pattern sounds nothing like what i played on the grid. what can i do??

    the sound that the pattern you record plays is dependent on the instrument it may be that you don't have the same instrument you selected when you recorded the notes

    thnx for your help i figured out the problem yesterday. Before i record from tha grid i make sure the pattern display is set to "advance" , not step by step pattern. Im now hearing whats being played on the grid back to me. thnx.
