Glad it worked out for you, the other idea that jamesg had of exporting the wavs would work too I think. I haven't tried that, but sounds right

Oh yeah, how do I change the tempo of tracks individually in Sonar? Try using v-vocal on your audio tracks. You never know what might happen.
