The next part

Hello everyone,

Here is the next portion of my current project. It's called "Andante". There are two versions, "Andante" and "Andante-with". Andante-with is Andante with an added drum part.

You can find these tunes at new tunes.

As always I welcome your comments and any technical suggestions you may have.

Regards,

GT

    Hello grandpa.

I like the intro with the toms. The song overall has a nice arrangement. However, I am not that fond of the carnival organ in the song. It kind of takes away the 'rawness' of the song. But the piano and the toms sound really nice together.

While i imagine some would find it more accessible with the drums i think it's more effective without. If it were real drums it may be a different case though and i have to say i'd love to hear your stuff performed by real instruments.
This is nice and creepy, it's got a real dry ice rolling over the tombstones vibe going on, very nice.

Like the way one instrument at a time slowly came into the picture. No nitpicks on this. Very, very different piece, almost like something for film. Nicely done; enjoyed it.

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for taking the time to listen and thank you for your comments. I also think the piece without the drums stands alone quite nicely. Ah yes, if only I could afford to hire real human musicians!
