Final comparison ?

thank everyone for their support on all post I have ...well posted.
I have "settled" on an edirol fa-66 adio interface (firewire) and now have come accross an interesting peice of equip..
the alesis multimix firewire mixers.
I have had a mixer and used the hell out of it but, I do have external dynamics and dont REALLY need the 3 band or the
phantom power(pre amp I own already is great) I need to know if anyone knows if theese 2 are similar or not
converters,drivers, compatabiliy with cakewalk sonar hs 6 xl, etc....

I usualy Record 1 track @ a time , but the mixer looks as though I wont need another interface.
