Sonar 6 pro with Reason 3.0 out of sync

I'm having a problem with the sync issues between the two. I record a song in reason 3 and bring it into Sonar 6 as a wav or mp3 file, it plays fine until I record a audio track to it then when I play it back, it is out of sync! The timing is off by millseconds but it makes the song sound terrible. How do I fix this?

When I record live the tracks work fine together, but when I import a mp3 or wav file this out of sync problem happens. Help!
