Ripping so very, very slow!

Hi-

I tried to use Audio Creator to rip an Audio Book CD that iTunes wasn't identifying correctly. That's all I've done so far, but it was extremely slow compared to iTunes (my guesstimate is 3x slower). I was just using the default settings.

My goal was to rip the CD and put it on my iPod, but ultimately I just used iTunes and went with the wrong ID, since I could've written it myself in the time Audio Creator was taking to rip it!

Is this normal, if anyone knows?

TIA-

-Susan

    Hi Susan -
Really sorry you are running into issues. AC rips at the same speed as iTunes for me but... Have you reported the issue to our support team yet? If not, please do. They'll be better able to help you. You can report the issue here:

p.s. sorry to be a broken record with this but it really does help us to get specifics (and the forum isn't really the best place for this type of interaction)
