Upgrade-Problems with audiosnap

I got sonar 7 upgrade (from 6) and loaded it up. everything works well but I am having a problem with audio snap. For some reason it is not showing transients for a certain portion of the track and it will not let me add the transients either. The rest of the track is lined up fine. Any thoughts before I bang my head into a wall for upgrading during a project.

so you started using audio snap with this project in sonar6 and then you upgraded to sonar7 without finnishing the audio snap edits and now it does not work, Is that right?? If it is, finnish the audio snap parts in sonar 6 and then you can move your project to sonar7.
There were some changes in audio snap and thats probably why it wont work.

Negative, I finished the audio snap edits in 6.0 before upgrading. I can't explain what is going on but I found a way around it by audio snapping a different track that had another snare mic. Oh well-i will chalk it up to some sort of bug caused by upgrade process.

I'm still using 6.2.1, and have had some problems with Audiosnap not displaying transient markers after I have done some editing and close a project. Sometimes I lose every marker in the track! It seems that Sonar is still storing them becasue I can add them to the pool and use them in various ways (e.g. to quantize other tracks), they just don't display in the clip. When this happens with imported audio, I can just reimport the audio and get the transients back, but any edits I might have made are lost (resetting transients might also do the trick - I haven't tried that).

If I can ever get a repeatable sequence of steps that consistently reproduces the problem, I will submit it to Cakewalk.
