Using Reason In sonar 3 (rewire)

Any help apreciated,I just installed sonar 3 last week and i can open Reason in sonar(Rewire) but there is a warning message about some midi inputs may not work.I get redrum sounds,no midi synths, and i cant record any tracks.all my midi advanced outputs have a red X instead of a green Check mark..Anyone have a similar problem??
