Correct, the signal is top-to-bottom, same as an equivalent hardware channel.

Is there a way to put FX BIN somewhere between ProChannel effects ?

Yes, you can put an f/x chain anywhere in PC and drag and drop where you want.

If I'm not mistaken, you can drag the PC modules to place them in any order you wish. But they are always processed top down.

Also, you can put PC before or after the "real" FX bin (as opposed to the ones you can add as PC modules)
