Bounce works by selection if you want it to, just select the 15 tracks and bounce to new stereo track. You can also include effects or not. To get the 15 out of your way and not using CPU just set them to archive status and then hide them. That way they are still there if you ever need to redo the stereo mix but the archive status (not just mute) means they don't use up processing power, and when you hide them you get back screen space for all your other tracks.

To manage what is hidden and not (in each view) just press the "m" key on the keyboard.

If you have enough computer power to leave them running then send them to a stereo bus, hide the tracks and leave the bus visible, kinda like build your own sub mixer.

the M key is only for managing the tracks visually. you can hide or show tracks with that menu, but archive has to be done by right clicking on the track itself and selecting MSR>ARCHIVE
