MXL V6 M3 Silicon Valve Mics

Has anyone used the MXL V6 and M3 Silicon Valve Mics and how do you like them? I have a chance to get one at a decent price and wondering which one would be the better for both acoustic guitar and vocals. I'd probably use it mostly on acoustic guitar since I'm not a singer, but if one would be better suited for both purposes maybe I'll go that route.

Here's a link to both Mics.

These look interesting. Especially the V6. Do you know what they're selling for?

The cheapest I found them was $217 for the V6 and $173 for the M3.
