Studio Instruments- Registration Problem

I purchased studio instruments in December, and registered online through the cakewalk website. however I was not sent a registration code. I have emailed tech support weeks ago and still havn't recieved a reply!!

Has anyone else had a similar problem!!! If anyone nows how I can get hold of sombody at cakewalk I would be really gratefull if they could let me know, as I have been a user of cakewalk products for a few years now and have always found them brilliant but I'm now starting to get frustrated.

    Log into the Cakewalk Store and you should see your serial and registration numbers for SI. HTH.

    Tried that, it shows the serial numbers for all my products including studio instruments but no registration codes!
