Rapture wins MIPA award!
Just found out about 10 minutes ago that Rapture won the MIPA award at Musikmesse in the category of software instruments. Everyone here is really excited as this is one of the biggest awards in the industry. It is a testament to how great Rapture is and what an amazing job our instrument team did in creating this product.

Congratulations. I don't own Rapture (too many softsynths right now), but it is surely a great synth and I would buy it if I were starting again.

Excellent!! (awesome and congratulations were already taken)  Definitely one of my favorite synths, with an almost never-ending learning curve (I mean that as a GOOD thing in this context). In my top 5, to be sure. - zevo

this is one of the biggest awards in the industry. It is a testament to how great Rapture is and what an amazing job our instrument team did in creating this product. René, this is great news. Congratulations to you, and to 'unsung heroes' like Chad [Beckwith], and to Brandon [Ryan] on his non-stop demo touring. I'd consider this to be more than a Massive accomplishment. I think that it took all of the last year or so for people to realize what you had there. Now's the time to go hit up Greg for a pay raise.

Great! This has truly been deserved since day one and I agree with everything said so far in this thread. I would like to thank Cakewalk for all the expansion packs as well as B Rock for his massive contributions; from the help he has given and to the presets that has offered to us, your Relative_110 and RP.64 collections show just what the instrument can really do. Thanks to everyone in the Rapture community!
