GTR3 users...

I just purchased Waves GTR3 (software only version) along with a new DAW and some other "toys" from ADK. I haven't got the system yet, but I've got a question about the PRS Hardware interface. Did you guys/gals get the PRS interface also? Or the software only like I did? I've got a MOTU ultralite and I figured plugging my guitar into the MOTU and recording in SONAR would be better than using the PRS. I was also figuring that the PRS was more or less for live gigging with a laptop or if you wanted to plug in a "pedal" of some sort. Am I wrong with that thinkin? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, in comparison to GR3 and others, how does GTR3 stack up against them?
