I like the un-produced stuff a lot. Works for me. This sounds like your sittin' on the stool and playin' in a club. Nice. Good to hear music like this again.

Right on! I liked that. You sound like Arlo Guthry on the chorus.
I agree with Larry, I kinda like unproduced the sound. Works well for the song.

Terrific song, good lyrics, and your singing is much more than adequate. And a catchy title. It's funny and that can't be bad. Sure the production could use some work, but it's a good song, definitely worth keeping. Some variety on the drums, some punch to the bass, another guitar, harmony, some lead playing and you're there. Great start.

I agree with the production suggestions. There's no bass on it. I forgot to bounce the Motif to track.  . I was about to paste in some drum fills when I looked at the clock, counted the hours I had left to sleep and said..good enough for now. I've never purposefully tried for the Prine and Cale vibe but, ain't it the truth? thanks again for the support and motivation
