HELP! Need to convert Yamaha MDA files to Midi files

Does anyone know if you can convert old Yamaha Clavinova MDA files to a midi file? I have several old files that have been found. I would hate to waste them.

    If you can't convert them, can you play them and record them in Sonar via MIDI?

    There used to be a Clavinova users site with all kinds of software tools written by enthusiasts. That would be your best bet looking for this kind of tool.
