Old MIDI tracks

I've converted all the MIDI tracks in a song to audio, ready to try my hand at mixing. Do I just delete the MIDI tracks after they've been converted to audio?

No-archive them. If you want to edit them later, you can go back and do that if they're still there. Select them, then go to tracks>archive. Then you can hide them so they're not in your way. Press M--it will show you a box where you can select those you want to hide (or unhide later).
