That would be something!! In the future maybe, the Optimus can only be the beginning. It'll eventually become standard, hopefully before our kids have grey hair and bad hearing

ORIGINAL: Russell.Whaley

Does anyone here know of this kind of keyboard, but with ergo features? I dearly love my Micro$oft Natural keyboard -- haven't had any serious tendonitis issues since I switched from a standard keyboard 5 years ago.

i use one too, but ergo don't seem too popular fsur it also seems with the more, ahem, pimped kbds that you get a bunch of extra buttons & stuff, for turning the microwave over or browsing backwards, which i don't want

so, is there a backlit one of these please

there's some diy instructions on an internet for hacking the scroll-lock light, but the result's not so great (imho)

list of stuff

Yep, Microsoft has a couple of the Natural keyboards that are backlit now...

* Microsoft 7000 Wireless Natural Keyboard and Mouse

* Microsoft 8000 Wireless Natural Keyboard and Mouse

I just got the Saitek Eclipse II and now my life is complete —
for today!!!!

Seriously, I love the way this thing feels to type with, and now I can use the keyboard in low/no light situations which I really enjoy!

Thanks for the tips!

Cheers,
Scott

Hi Scott,

Congrats! I'm sure you'll enjoy that keyboard. I like mine as well. Makes the studio look really high-tech in the dark.

Scott, yeah the thing is really well-built too, I love the feel of it while typing (and this is coming from a former Word Processor from "back in the day")! Definitely worth the investment. My biggest problem is deciding on the color to use! I think I'm going to stick with the blue though, unless somebody pisses me off, and then it's RED all the way baby!!!!

Thanks for the excellent tip!

Ha! Yeah, that's something I like to do too. Set the color for my mood.
