Make V-Vocal Edits Permanent... what is bouncing?!

Hey ive recently started using v-vocal but having trouble playing back the project or mixing the project to wav.
I keep reading that you need to "bounce to clips" or something similar... what is this and how do you do this? as when i finish v-vocalling a track, the track still has the orignal underneath and v-vocal open on this track.
thanks.

    Hi Yubious,

To bounce the v-vocal clips, just right-click the clip and choose 'bounce to clip'. The v-vocal edits will become a separate audioclip. The original recording will be muted underneath it so you can always undo the v-vocal edit by unmuting it.

The layers of muted and unmuted clips are managed better when you show track layers. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=So5sSU7geuQ

    Regards,
    Raymond

Yobius, what prevented you from checking in the manual? You knew the right term? It would have taken you 15 seconds to search the thorough description! You've joined the forum 18 months ago! This is the first time I write these letters: RTFM (and of course I feel guilty afterwards).

Thanks Raynond for your help, didnt realize it was that easy. Had the impression 'bounce to clips' was an expression for a process of steps.
Was researching at work and kept reading 'bounce to clips', having no idea what it was i had to post, so sorry Kalle for not consulting the manual!

Ps. I have no idea RTFM means, which is probably for the best!

In it's original form: Read The Furnished Materials.

It has another definition but I'll leave that to your imagination.
