Making Vsampler 3.1 work with Sonar 3

I have Sonar 3 loaded up, an Old version, I know, but I have some old material that I need to ressurect from its CWB format. I've installed all the software, and the some of the synths are functioning, but the the Vsampler is not recognized by Sonar. and I cant add it to the synth rack. Anyone remember how to get it to see a new synth? I didnt use the Vsampler originally with the music, but I want to now.

Please, put on yor memory bonnets and help me figure out how this works. I copied and expanded all the files associated with the Vsampler, but from what I can see, Sonar 3 is supposed to recognize the addition of a new synth.
