z3ta+ question

Hello, does the z3ta+ have Hermode tuning, or is that a future development?

Don't know about Hermode tuning, but I wouldn't expect any more developement of Z3TA.

    From the z3ta+ User's Guide:
Here’s a description of the modes:

Tempered (off) - Hermode Tuning is disabled. Select this mode to stay in equal temperament or the tuning file that you’ve loaded. Depth has no effect in this mode.

Vertical - This is the purest form of Hermode Tuning. Thirds and fifths are tuned in just intonation, even in conflict situations.

Natural Seventh - Similar to Vertical, but with a just-intonation major seventh. It’s nice for jazz and pop, as you can hear when you play some major seventh chords. It has the disadvantage that if the seventh is reused in the next chord, you might notice some retuning.

Horizontal - Thirds and fifths are tuned in just intonation, but with equalizing functions in conflict situations. Works well for all types of music.

Adaptive - Thirds and fifths are heard in various degrees of purity according to the sequence of harmonies. Nice for organs and chord dominated music.

The Depth parameter allows you to select the strength of the Hermode Tuning effect, from 0% to 100%. To use the tuning in a subtle way or to minimize problems of compatibility with other instruments, lower the Depth parameter.
