Not Sure what happened ?

everytime I ever used my Drag and Drop function , it has always pushed the track over by bar , like it would push it over a quarter , half or full bar at a time . which i liked cuase it made it easier and faster for me to get the thigns to line up . all of a sudden it stoped workin and now pushes over the track not by measure but by mili seconds i think . how do i fix this?>

    snap to grid - you can change the resolution to be Measure, 1/2 note, 1/4 note, etc, or TIME. the icon looks like a graph on the toolbar and will turn blue (in MC4) when it's ON>

    i had to select it to show that in the bar it wasnt there .
