which one should i get.

The main thing to worry about is drivers. An audio interface can provide all the features in the world, but if the drivers aren't good then it won't work very well. I would recommend Edirol but you said you can't spend any more money so maybe check out one of the M-Audio Fast Track units (I haven't used them but I've heard from others who have)...
