bypass inserts on the new VS 700?

I am still a little confused by some of this

so just wondering

1) are these going to be sold seperately? will the control surface be sold seperately and be able to keep my yamaha N12 for AD/DA I/O etc?

2) i have a pnedulum quartet, la 610, and sebatron thorax for front end channel strips, are there insert jacks to bypass the pre's on the I/O box?? hwo would you bypass the pres if you had to get the I/O box to?
