    Alan,

Not really sure what you mean. A VSTi? or a sound font. If a sound font you can find them at SF2MIDI or SF2files.

If you're adding SondFonts, usually you just extract them to a sound font file. But it will al depend on what you are using to play them with, so a bit more detail might help. As far as downloading them to your computer it's just simply a case of double clicking on the file name and accepting the download. However I would browse to a location where you can find them, like your desktop before selecting the OK button.

Don't woory about it Doc I'm not sure what I mean either....Am using an Alesis PR16 at the moment and it sounds totally synthetic and a bit boxy. Having a half decent sense of rythmn, I was hoping to find better sounds and beat them out on the keyboard...Will need to look into it further before I ask any more daft questions..
Thanks anyway Doc, you're a sport

Having to put Proteus on the back shelf for a bit Bob. When I bring it into MC4 I can't get it to load and unable to find the presets.
Used to be (Proteus VX Composer in the File menu)..Ain't there now..so can't get it to load. Looked absolutely everywhere too.

    Hi Alan

Have you taken a read through Robert's thread where he was trying to help Annette with the Proteus?

As to the sound fonts, you'll have more success with them in MC than GT mate.
