Ok Bill, first off, put a shortcut for FruityLoops (FL) on your desktop so you don't need to open GT to access it every time.
Start>My Computer>HDD>Programs>FruityLoops Express - inside this folder, right click on the FruityPro.exe icon and choose Send to>Desktop (create shortcut)
Double click on the shortcut to open FL and hit F6 on your keyboard to open the Environment Settings>Wave tab (or use Options>Wave settings).
Tell me what you see in the 'Output DirectSound driver' field Bill - it should either say 'Primary Sound Driver' which it defaults to or meybe the name of your soundcard. If '(none)' appears there, open the drop-down list and see if either your soundcard or 'Primary Sound Driver' is listed, if so, click on each of them in turn and see if FL starts producing audio again.
