A question that comes up from time to time...
When a person installs the software, there are two checkboxes that must be dealt with before the install will proceed.
The first is that you understand (and accept) that you are only granted license to use the software, not ownership of the software.
The second is that you understand (and accept) that the license is not transferable.
If you don't agree to these terms, you're to stop the installation and return the software for a refund.
So... if a person buys a previously-registered copy of Project 5, he or she is not going to have any access to support or upgrade privileges from Cakewalk.
There are some who think this isn't fair... and maybe it's not, but it's the terms that Cakewalk has for all products, and it's what we have to live by if we want to use the software.
