Thanks Mark! Are you referring to the standard clap on 2 and 4 (e.g., during the chorus) or the percussion line with the "clap-ish" sound (e.g., during the verse)? Something else?

I reckon the stuff you do feat. Alicia is sounding so mature ripe and ready now the only thing that I don't understand is why I'm not hearing it on Friday night national radio here.

This is excellent, my partner has just gone out unwittingly humming it just from hearing the bleed from my cans.

Any criticism would just be in the realms of 'skinning farts' as really it would stand up on any playlist or in any club and unlike many club acts (why am I thinking Ian van Dahl here?....) I wouldn't mind betting she can put it across live too.

So the production is all there, hows the marketing going? Not that it concerns me as long as you keep gilding my ears with this stuff.

What can I say other than I completely love it !?!?!?

I have to agree with everyone here...........she is most ready for prime time...........this has a very mature sound to it........I also agree with bit flipper about the background harmonies......just a touch I think would be a good thing.........

but I do think that section of vocals you have in the background is a good idea but a little too far back in the opening parts........

but I love the tune and the production.............nice job

Thanks a bunch guys and gals! Just a note to let ya'll know that we've updated the song and uploaded the new version. We made a bunch of changes, including bitflipper's and Truckermusic's suggestion to add some harmonies to the chorus. We also added a little (synth) guitar to give it a little more organic touch.

The harmony vox definitely put this one 'over the top' - it's the best hook in the song, IMO. Sounds excellent.

Tone2 Warmverb - seriously download the demo, then give $79 to this company. You won't regret it. It is by far the best multi-FX plugin I've ever used.

@Shad - who's Sophie? Does she sing? Can I steal her? I'm in desperate need of another good female singer. I only have 4.
