NEW SONG "Struggle is Progress"

I produced/wrote/rapped this mix "struggle is progress", and would really appreciate all your feedback. Please check it out it would mean a lot..

    Nice. A good classic rap style with a cool hook.

    The mix sounds pretty tight. Well done.

    Nice song. I would add some beef to the kick around 60 hz I think (have to admit I'm listening at crappy speakers right now and not in my studio though). Like the snap of the snare and the overall mix. Hi hats could be a little brighter and just a tweak louder. The flow is really good man, like it. Sometimes the overdub just don't fit perfectly but most of the time it's a really good sync. Maybe you could drop the vocals about one db to make them fit a little more with the beat. Also the vocals seem a little distorted or unclear (maybe some 300-350hz mud as well or low bass rumble, as I said I'm listening at crappy speakers) sometimes try some eq sweeps to se if you find any conflicting freq's. With some small tweaks I think this song could be really great.

    Sadly very reduced studio equipment as it is... ASUS G750J, 8 gb RAM, Win8, Roland Quad Capture.

    I don't know a lot about rap but this sounded good. Mix was nice and the lyrics were audible. I love the title!

    Ah ... Rap mastery.

    Rhymes are great and dexterous!

    Oops. You might want to specify "Adult Content" in your title, ASAP. I have my children here ... and this stuff really contains some graphic vulgar language.

    Sorry I had to flush this out for now. Maybe I'll crit later when the children are gone.

    If you have a multi band compressor pump it up on the low end and you can get some phat boomers outta those beats.
