Still loving S7PE

Okay, S8 is out, and it's getting pretty good reviews. But I dunno, man, I don't think I'm gonna get off S7 for awhile. It is just too damn good. Every day I seem to find something it does that I didn't know about before, I am YEARS away from exhausting what the synths it came with will do, and it hardly ever crashes on me anymore. I don't worry anymore about whether the stuff will work--I just make music on it.

I appreciate that this is not tops for the bakers, but I'm sure that sooner or later they will wildly exceed my expectations again and I'll upgrade. Just not this month.

Regards, lightninrick

I hear you rick......I felt the same about Sonar 4 PE so I skipped all upgrades till Sonar 8 PE...and now that
I have Sonar 8 PE, i'll probably skip a couple of upgrades since I am happy with 8...... Bottom line is if it is workibg for you then keep on rolling with 7

I'm going to upgrade after Christmas, but I'm perfectly happy with Sonar 7PE. I'll continue using 7 until I know that 8 is going to be stable!
