Cakewalk needs an update patch for Beatscape

I am sure as of now that there are issues with Beatscape. Just finish working on a project and every soft synth inside Sonar worked well except Beatscape. Beatscape is not reliable and the pops and clicks in the slices are too much. I am not working to far from the rex file original tempo and there are always problems with the slices in the file. Cakewalk needs an update patch for Beatscape.

Perhaps it'll come with 8.0.1 next week?

Have you filed a ticket with Cake, or contacted support?
Gotta make sure they know the specifics, of course.

Not sure if this is the correct spot anymore (or ever, actually), but:
    http://www.cakewalk.com/support/email/

I thought there was another form for feedback, issues, but can't remember where (or even if it was for Sonar... I might be thinking about Logic Pro).

Just be very specific. In fact, try to narrow your issues down to the smallest set of steps to reproduce the problem regularly.
Include system specs, REX file names, audio configuration (driver versions, buffer settings, ASIO/WDM info, OS, etc.).

Anybody remember a link different than that one? Chime in, if so...
