Mono tracks converted to stereo?

Hi, I was recording some songs with my band and accidentally recorded the songs in only the left channel, when we wanted stereo sound. Is there any way to copy the left track sounds into the right track as well?

Thanks in advance,

Well the left channel might be different from the right channel, If you were using 2 mics to record it. If you used 2 mics to record a true stereo channel, then copying one channel over isnt going to do any good and might give you phase issues.
If it was one mic that you used. It will never be true stereo and you can just bounce the track to a mono and clone it, but youll be missing some stereo info

Ok, so I recorded this with one mic, which i should've set to record in stereo, but instead, it recorded in mono.
There is one track on my project file right now with all of the sound in the left track, and I'm not even all that concerned with sound quality. I just want this same sound coming out of the left and right channels.

I am also a Cakewalk amateur, so more detailed instructions would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    OoZ,
Just to expand some on CJ's answer, I have some questions for you.
What did you get Sonar LE with? Was it bundled with an interface?
Are you using two mics, or just one?
Are you using any mixers, or other hardware?
Your mic is actually a mono source, and to get it into a stereo field, should normally be recorded to a mono track.
This may seem counter-intuitive, but if you rcord a mono source onto a stereo track, you are generally recording only one side.
If you record it as a mono track, it will be centered between your speakers.

Yes, that's what i usually do. I plug my one mic in, then record in a mono track to get stereo. However, i accidentally recorded in Stereo on some tracks, resulting in a mono left track on said tracks.
Basically, my entire setup is one mic, an EMU USB digital recording box, which the mic plugs into, and then Sonar LE.

All i want to do is make the sound i have in the left channel also come out of the right channel. I'm not even concerned with a true stereo sound, just as long as i have the sound coming out of both channels.

    Thanks in advance,

This first step is optional if you have only one track.
Right click your track to select it.
In your toolbar, click Edit>Bounce to Track(s)
In the window that appears, set your Channel Format to Mono. The other settings should default to usable setting, and you don't need to worry about them right now.
    Click OK.
This will create a new Mono track.
You can now mute or delete the original track from your project.
From there, it should be business as usual.

    You're welcome.
If you haven't already, spend some time with the help files. Sonar LE has plenty under the hood, and a lot of tricks you might not even think about.
    Good luck.
