KRK VXT6 Active Studio Monitor ?

Hiya,

I am looking at getting some new monitors, i have done a lot of web research and it seems KRK's are pretty popular, i dont know much about monitors, so am just going by reviews.

Whats the difference between KRK VXT6 Active Studio Monitor and KRK VXT8 Active Studio Monitor ? I want good quality, but i will be mixing in a small-ish room. Whats the better one to go for ? or are there a better option around the £800 area ?

    They're probably fine monitors but at this price point there's a lot of competition. Try before you buy! The '6' and '8' describes the size of the woofer. An 8" will reach lower, probably down to 45 Hz, but may be overkill if you got a small room.

    cool, yeah will have a listen to them and others before getting them, the room isnt big, so would go for 6" if they sound good.
