Reason - Mix into project as 1 track or multiple?

Hello,

I'm using Sonar 7 and Reason 2.5 in my current song project. Currently, Reason exists as a single track within my Sonar song project. A couple questions:

- Is recommended to break out individual instruments into separate Sonar tracks?

- If yes, what's the best way to handle them, to make sure you capture any stereo effects you may have added to the corresponding Reason project?
