Can anyone reproduce this mouseclick bug? s6.2.1

Ok, I'll admit this bug is my own fault for being a moron, but it has become quite bothersome. I am using Sonar 6.2.1. When I first grab the envelope I'll sometimes accidentally click Right click while holding down Left click. This causes the envelope to get locked in its current position (usually either 100% top or bottom).

So here is the pattern of events: Hover arrow over the envelope and then click and hold "Left Click". While holding left click down, click "Right Click" and then release it (still holding down "Left Click"). This causes a menu to open. When I click away from the menu, I find my envelope locked in its current position. If I try to move it, it moves right back afterwards. It will never be adjustable again unless I close Sonar and relaunch.

I try so hard not to do it, but my frickin finger just does it sometimes without me even thinking about it.

Both. Actually, any kind of envelope. When you hit right click, did the menu open? It always happens during busy mixes, so maybe the heavy workload had something to do with it.

    im on sonar 5 here,

and im able to reproduce what you describle on a 1 track project that using volume envelope.

    it lock the envelope.

    i noticed another thing,
    after releasing the mouse-button ,
double-left click the envelope will cause sonar to close, right there without any errors at all.

Possible, since I tried on a fairly modest project. Have you tried on a not so busy mix?

Could you download the S7 demo and see if you can reproduce it there?

Very interesting. Thanks for testing. Could downloading a S7 demo screw with my S6 settings? I use Sonar for work so I'd hate to throw a (bigger) wrench into things.

Just tried your recipe S8 and the envelope does not lock up, in fact, nothing bad happens at all.
