"That Sound"

Like everything else in music there are some things that are over-used and over done. That being said, alot of modern commercial music has that old AM radio squeezed effect that producers put on vocals here and there. When I was using the MBox 2, the Digi plug that came with the hardware was called Cosmonaut...something....

Is there a built in Sonar plug that does the same thing? If not...is there some free plug you guys like for the same effect?

Thanks.
