Sonars CPU Utilization Meter

This is nothing new and really not a problem but....

Anyone ever notice how the CPU utilization meter in Sonar usually shows about 10 to 20 percent less cpu utilization then task manager? Is it just me? Seems like that's the way since I can remember on serveral different computer system over the years. If so, does anyone know why there is a differnce?
