Why is this happening to my audio recordings?!?

So literally 4 days ago I was recording some audio tracks, you know guitar and vocals, and everything was fine, no problem at all... Today, I try to record and its only recording on the "left"...its like i panned everything to the left. Its not my headphones, because i listened to old recordings and they were fine, and i tried my speakers and they were fine too... please if any one can help, that would be great, cuz i'm working on a demo and i'd like to get it out to some bars so i can start making some extra cash...

you are recording a mono source onto a stereo channel. change the input for the audio track to LEFT or RIGHT instead of STEREO before you record.
