Up The Wrong Way

I like this girls in Wales - we live too far apart to form a relationship but we've both established we like each other in that way. So I wrote this song; we've liked each other for about a year and a half, and this song was written bout 6 months ago when she said she didn't know how she felt and was confused, so I explained my feelings to her thru this, which was originally and acoustic song, but I've decided to recorded it properly and put it on the album. One of the guys at gearslutz did a quick mix for me and I'm paying him for loads more mixes in the future, but this is a ROUGH MIX, I say this so you don't murder the song for the overuse fo Antares :P

Without further ado

    Hey Mike,
You sent me a PM a while ago and I never heard back from you.
Anyway, this sounds pretty damn good...a nice pop tune.
I'm listening on phones but I'd bet that on monitors the vocals are buried a bit.
That turn around at 3:23 I'm not sure about...
    Other than that...sweet!

Definitly good, solid pop material music. Listening on monitors the vox is slighty buried by the chunky guitar chords.

Yea, I've asked the guy who mixed it for me to raise the vocals. Thanks for all the response so far =D

Cool song. I like the contrasting sounds of the guitars & keyboards. Very catchy tune.

    Mike,

This is a great little toooon. Very catchy and clever arrangement. i really like the piano-esque arpegios in the verse. The mix sounds really good where I'm sitting.
