I am resisting the strong urge to ask you to read the manual, you need to export song as a riff wave ( making sure to select all tracks). Then you need to use a MP3 encoder such as iTunes, or Lame or the paid for Cakewalk encoder to convert to MP3.

What I like to do is finish the master as a wav and then use an MP3 encoder to save as .mp3. If there is an mp3 codec installed on your system you can use your wav editor or if you have iTunes you can import it into iTunes and that will do it. I use SoundForge to do the mastering so I save my mp3 with SoundForge.
