Bit Depth conversion in SF9

I couldn't seem to find a Sound Forge forum and I know a lot of you use it, so I thought I'd give my question a shot here.

If I'm in SF and want to convert the bit depth from 24 to 16, there are a few options regarding dither and noise shaping. The Dither drop down has: Half Rectangular, Rectangular, Triangular. High Pass Triangular and Gaussian.

Noise shaping has: High Pass Contour and Equal Loudness Contour.

The presets that come up are High Pass Triangular and High Pass Contour.

Just trying to get a general consensus of what would be the most commonly used.

Thanks.
Rick
