New Instrument track on Sonar 8.0.1 PE

Everytime that I get in into the new instrument track and I replace the key+ of the instrument into the track properties of the soft library the track become silent and no more sound or a input midi is produced.
That is happening with every single soft synth/library from cakewalk or a third party.
the only way to make it work so far is splitting the instument track in the old fashion way and working then in this way.
Do you fellows are getting the same problem? I guess is a problem that will be adressed for the Cakewalk team withing the next update.

    you may want to post this over in the Sonar Forum, better chance of it being seen and answered ...BTW I had to futz with the "new instrument track" settings for a while to get it to play ..
