Panning Envelope

This is my first try on using an envelope to control panning. I have a guitar solo that is mixed down the center for the first section which I pan hard right when the 2nd part of it starts and then it fairly quickly comes back to the center. The problem is that I have a reverb on the solo and when it is panned hard right, I hear the reverb return in the left side. Is there a way to minimize or eliminate this distraction?

If its bus'es to the verb, just pan the send. If its on the track effects, you can change it to a send or some reverbs have pans on them.
