Sweet song here Stratman. Reminds me of that Neil Young song Harvest Moon. Good tone on the strat. The only nit I have, is the acoustic is eq'd a little too hi I think. Maybe trim the high end a little, with a slight boost in the lower mids, just to warm it up a bit. It adds a nice percussive touch, but just a little thin is all. I really like the lo-fi vocal sound on this. It gives the song a nice "sincere" quality. Good stuff.

    Hi Stratman,

Just took a listen to "Old Man Joe' and I liked it - nice arrangement there. The slide guitar was excellent - tone and performance. I agree with Randy regarding the acoustic, but the mix sounds like it's almost there. Good job man.

    Welcome to the forum,
    Doug
